Private Tour / Tasting
A complimentary Tour and Tasting by appointment only are scheduled though our Booking Department. Tastings are at 7:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday evenings, and occasionally available on weekends. You will be given a complete tour of our beautiful Historical Venue. The wedding couple and up to four guests are then seated for a formally served sit down dinner. Bon Appetite! During your meal we will be putting together an itemized quote so that you can see the price of your exact choices. We will work with you to give you the wedding of your dreams that is not only everything you could want, but is also affordable for you.
From the moment you engage our Services you will have access to our prestigious Wedding Planning Staff to go over every aspect of your Wedding! They will assist you through the emotional journey of joy, surprise, laughter & love. They will ensure that every essential will be provided from your choice of color theme for table linens, china setting, silver service, crystal service and décor package. Down to the tiniest detail, they are there for you! They will even cut your cake & preserve the cake top for you to have on your 1st Anniversary!
Their focus is to make sure that your Wedding Day is exactly what you want. They are available by appointment Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. The Wedding Planners will assist you as much as you wish right up to your Wedding Day.
Our Wedding Planners will pay exceptional attention to your every desire in order to be prepared for your big day, exactly as you want it to be.
7 hours of Professional Service for your special day. The DJ’s work with our Wedding Planners so that you will have the ‘Wedding of your Dreams’. They will play your music choice for the full time of service, from the prelude, entrance of the Bride, dinner to dancing the night away. They will be your Master of Ceremonies and make your announcements per your request. We want our DJ’s to be a part of the representation of which the Wedding Couple are to their family and friends.
It is like having your own ‘Personal Assistant’ to ensure that you have an exceptional day! Our Butler will take gentle care of the Wedding Couple upon arrival until your departure. The Butler will be seen by the Wedding Couple in response to all their needs and requests. Our Butler demonstrates an unobtrusive professional demeanor at all times.

They demonstrate an ability to work in a quiet confident manner that creates a calm serene atmosphere with the highest possible standard of a ‘Personal Butler Service’. Our Butler will take the stress from your Wedding Party and families!
Our Executive Chef & Owner of the Monte Cristo Ballroom trained in Paris, France for four years. Our Executive Chef owned his own Catering Business for over 15 years. He brings to you a high standard of food knowledge and elegance to the Monte Cristo Ballroom.
Our Culinary Staff work diligently to bring the finest selections of Beef, Pork, Poultry, Fresh Seafood and Pasta.
